The Nigerian constitution is silent about a male being raped by a female (and a wife being forcefully penetrated by his legal husband), hence, if that happens, its not criminal. But if the reverse happens, even if been preceded by the first case scenario, the male is guilty, an offence punishable under the Criminal and Penal Codes by conviction of: 1. 14years imprisonment with or without canning for an attempted attempt 2. Life imprisonment with or without canning for actually been found guilty of committing the crime |
