think of it this way, if Thanos had met Max Lord, he wouldn't have needed to go on rampage looking for the infinity stones, all he'll ever need is that one wish and he'd have saved us all the headache of watching him snap his fingers. grin

Max Lord to me is the baddest guy ever liveth(on screen). All it takes is just one wish. Lol.

Wonder Woman 1984 ............8/10

Just finished watching this fun movie.

Cinematography was lit.
The action wasn't as expected but it was decent, Cheetah final fight was the best.
It was entertaining, what it lacks in Action it compensates in Story, Dialogue and delivery.

But Damn, kudos to beautiful performances by Pedro Pascal and Kristen, they made this movie tick. Max Lord is officially my Best Villain in recent DCEU offering (it's a tight one Vs Gen. Zod but maybe after the excitement dial down I'll be sure).
The story and delivery was great. The ending could have been better but it was Ok.

Although didn't fancy the "Donner feel" too much, it's alright. This movie beats the Original Overall to me.
Hans Zimmer is a blessing.

People hoping for incredible action all gung go is in for a big shock.

@ pu7pl3 you see the Post credits scene of Asteria(Linda Carter). What do you think Part 3 gonna be...I would kill for a Nubia introduction.

Who's your Villain you'd love to see.

Me thinks Circe would be awesome. She'll restore Cheetah's powers. That way Cheetah is coming back for 3. It'd be an awesome combo.

Imagine a Charlize Theron for Circe role...Kai perfection. One of DC's most powerful sorceress if not arguably no. 1.

Yeah,just that "my opinion" is same as majority of movie critics out there while your high rating is strange.
The movie gives out those spy kids movies and their likes vibes. Watching it felt like I've watched same shit a thousand times. Lots of things they did doesn't make sense,and it couldn't even try to make up it's subpar plotline and character development with the fighting scenes. To think they spent $200million in making this disappointment of a movie.

What's sure, Diana needs a partner to team up with. Maybe Throw in Zatanna to even up the scales cos it'll be almost impossible For her to Face Circe alone.

Yes, it's confirmed it's a Trilogy. Patty said she has two more Wonder Woman stories to tell. The Finale of the Trilogy and most likely a Spin off. Also it's unofficially in WB's circle to give the present major Characters 3 solo movies before crossing over to other movies.

We'll still see Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman for a long time but her solos stops at WW3. She'll most likely crossover to other movies, especially Shazam. They've hinted on it. cool

As in, DC has been anemic with Magic Wielders. Imagine no Dr Fate, Trigon, Raven, Circé, Spectre, Zatanna or even Constantine for seven 7 yrs.

Zatanna appearing in the DCEU now is almost guaranteed. With the 6 movies Annually strategy, she looks set for a Solo. Whether Series or Solo(either Theatrical or HBOMax).
It would be Exciting seeing her since she's a Fan Favourite.

Where she gets introduced is the mystery here~ either in an Upcoming Movie or in the HBOMax Big Budget Series – Justice League Dark.
