Survival Fund Clarification by Badfinga: 5:41pm On Dec 29, 2020
A friend who works with a private school complained of their director giving 10k to those who their accounts were used and 5k to other staff only from the 30k fund received.
Is it supposed to be so, because he said they have less than 20 staff all together?

That your boss is one of the problems of Nigeria... Come to think of it was the money paid into her account or yours or the school?

Lol... So you guys are equally experiencing this greedy act from your proprietress? I also had similar experience but what I gave her was 15k from the first month but this Dec when she came requesting for another 15k, I dragged with her for days over the phone to the point she threatened me and I told her I would report her.

Later I felt pity for her and wanted to give her and she said I shouldn't bother. Hmm..

Just ignore her. The money was sent to you not her otherwise it will be in her account.

Having a friend with same issues. These owners of schools are quite greedy and selfish. Funny thing was that she was sacked, after 3 ddays she got alert and then she's asked to return it. She said she won't and the man has been disturbing and threatening the girl.. Even call her a thief. Greed is bad. She has vow never to return that money because as it is, she's even without a job and that's a miracle as far as she's concern

Yes they are paid. The amount paid to them is higher than the employees.

I know of one who is paid 50k and the employee is paid 30k. Still the employer requested for 10k from the employee.

We blame the government but we as individuals wont accept that we are even worse than the government we attack everyday...

Collecting the whole money is bad. And I don't think that is the intention of the FG

most people are greedy. It is just lack of opportunity to display their greediness that makes us to see them as angels.

I keep saying it. The problem with Nigeria is not just that the leaders are useless and wicked, but that the followers are just as terrible. This is not a society to be proud of.
