Chief of Staff in Akwa Ibom converted CACOVID palliative to political empowerment and you're still asking.

Poverty in Nigeria has taken a dreadful level. Even the rich are not spared to they are poor and wicked at mind.

If you return that money to the person, you are worst than buhari loyalists who keep voting in that epitome of failure and expecting a different result angry

I worked for some times in a private. The school proprietress did actually register my details. Yet, I have not received anything from the survival fund's scheme. Please, someone should enlighten me on the possible reasons.

Oga, check well, that money wasn't given just to you. It's for the school. The director selected you because you have the qualification to get the money. Not all staff were selected.
Government selects just few, maybe 10 that are qualified. That money is for the school. it'll be used to settle other staff. Both academics and nonacademics. Don't be selfish because of 30k.

I would suggest you report this to the police and have her arrested ASAP.

She will even vomit the previous one she took. Why can't you Nigerians take action against such demonic employers?

This is why Nigeria is like this. We see thieves and yet, we fail to report.

China or Korea has developed a system now where you can easily report people using your phone.

You don't even need to know the person, for as long as the person has the app and you do too, you can report someone when he or she misbehave.

It wouldn't cost you more than #2000 to report her, or do you want to lose your job because you disobeyed her?

Get the law involved! After all the brouhaha, she can't sack you. If she does, you still have another right to sue her.

Trust me; the court will demand she settle you with some amount of money as a benefit. It often ranges from 200k to over 50 million, depending on how you argued your case.

U should share with your boss. What your boss should have done is, agree on a Percentage with her staffs lets say 50% and, u both share.
After all if your boss never informed u or included u on the survival fund u will never have known and u might have been broke.

Omg I swear I'm tired of what is happening in this country...I have spoken to several people from different countries, 60% thinks Nigeria is a very bad place where everyone is so greedy.

Thank goodness cause with me there perception as change. please we really need to start doing things right down here.

Imagine a Nigerian trying to scam one of my business partner, telling.her that I am not good and he knows me. He even when ahead to tell her that I am part of some wanted criminal in Nigeria, just to get me of the contract. She couldn't understand cause he was not proving it.

She got so mad cause I always tell her that Nigerians are good people, but there goes my fellow country man trying to paint me bad.

My people together we can make this county great. Let keep that positive vibes people.

There is love in sharing now. Lol. There could have been a presigned agreement on the sharing formula.
From the illustration given, let's compute that each of the 10 employee with account with SURVIVAL FUND got 10k, that will be 100k. And those without account got 5k(assuming they are also ten employees) each. When you sum the whole amount you get 150K. Now subtract 150k from 300k,you will left with 150k. So tell me what the school owner will be doing with the remaining 150k

This is the bane of Nigeria. Our cross. Greed, selfishness, without human feeling, lovers of themselves.

Yet pointing fingers upandan. Every religion is altered when it comes to Nigeria.

Is it not Islam that are doing in Dubai,Saudi etc especially in UAE(which Dubai is a part of):why should our own come with illiteracy, poverty, disease

Is it not Christianity in UK, US, Why should our own come with brainlessness, prayer replacing work? ,Research, no emotional intelligence whatsoever.

Check now, you will find that the school proprietor (ess) is an adherent of one religion or the other.

What are you saying bro, that's there right for crying out loud!!!

Please don't ever do this if you are or wanna be a proprietor. This people too got issues they are facing. They need money too. Please always be considerate to your employees.

When you're nice to them, the firm move.
