It's not for ur boss...it belong to d employees. As a matter of fact she would be paid too. Ur boss is a thief

Do the owners of the organisation get paid too?
The Proprietresses and Proprietors are being paid 50k each while staff are receiving 30k each. The problem of Nigeria is beyond political leaders. It is societal. We are generally greedy and wicked.

I keep saying it. The problem with Nigeria is not just that the leaders are useless and wicked, but that the followers are just as terrible. This is not a society to be proud of.

The question is what happens to the proprietor/proprietress that do this? Will she be arrested? Will her school be closed? They are even threatening to use POLICE.

Citizens of every nation in the world want to commit crime. But the difference is the consequences. The same consequences that are lacking in the government. If govt choose to close about 20 schools in every state that engaged in this. In the next 10 years, if any of such largesse comes again, it would be the school owners that would be explaining to the workers that the money belong to them not the school

Na wa o..

My own school. 10 of my staff received, and I removed nothing from them both 1st and 2nd payment, infact I paid them their salaries as well.

My engineering services firm, my 3 workers including myself all received, without me removing a dime...

Well, not everyone is a child of God in action...

Let's remember, pandemic hit everyone, I had to divert into real estate sales and letting business too...

You're blessed a million times.
@ Olam09 should see this. You called me a thief in a faceless forum because you're opportune to a prolific China phone. I forgive you.
Now to the point.
Government isn't paying all staff. The management was asked to submit a list, which you were included. The motive is to use your account and get the fund first. Is it better he didn't submit your name? outta 70 staff of 50, 10 are selected. These 10 brings the money for the school to share among other staff. Which you're also part of. 30k x 4months. How much, bros? Nawaoh o!
I realised that those employees that don't want to bring out the money are being paid lower than the 30k. If you're being paid 40 to 50k, trust me...you'll bring out that money.
Survival fund for schools ain't meant for one person. You were just lucky to be selected to get the fund for the school. Don't give to the director. They have theirs. The money is for the employees... and should be shared among them. The director's work is to supervise the sharing.
Nawaoh for people o!

And to you this fool mentioning me. When my boss wanna ask for my details he told me to tell them i've not recieved salary for the past 3 month due to the covid stuff. So how the hell is that money his/her own? Since he asked me to say so apparently the money is meant for the employees

Dnt return any shit...my aunt owns a school n all her teachers r enjoying d survival fund. She is such a greedy person.Tell her to bring d police
Kazmelt:
My account of course, that's why I'm surprised she is telling us to return she even threatened using the police but I stood my ground because she collected the first one without stress but this second one was when I realized from the people have asked that it's our personal money but she is still disturbing tho

It is ur money n not hers...she is a thief
pozehnani:
Lol... So you guys are equally experiencing this greedy act from your proprietress? I also had similar experience but what I gave her was 15k from the first month but this Dec when she came requesting for another 15k, I dragged with her for days over the phone to the point she threatened me and I told her I would report her.

Later I felt pity for her and wanted to give her and she said I shouldn't bother. Hmm..

Just ignore her. The money was sent to you not her otherwise it will be in her account.

Oga, check well, that money wasn't given just to you. It's for the school. The director selected you because you have the qualification to get the money. Not all staff were selected.
Government selects just few, maybe 10 that are qualified. That money is for the school. it'll be used to settle other staff. Both academics and nonacademics. Don't be selfish because of 30k.

Yes they are paid. The amount paid to them is higher than the employees.

I know of one who is paid 50k and the employee is paid 30k. Still the employer requested for 10k from the employee.

We blame the government but we as individuals wont accept that we are even worse than the government we attack everyday...

Not all are paid. I uploaded my 4 employees and they where all paid but not to me. Well, that is their respective salaries. The owner doesn't havr the right to demand the money. That is why it called payroll surport. However, u shouldn't expect to be paid for the next three months as FG has taken it upon itself to do that. 2 of my workers where paid 50k each. We are waiting for the last payment though.

Please I want to ask a question, my boss is telling me to return the whole money to her, tho I first returned the first payment to her but when I got to find out is for employees I decided to hold on to the second one, now she is saying it's for the school and not for we the employees, please shed more light

That your boss is nothing but a thief.
The 30k is strictly for the employees, and it's meant to be a sort of relief for school owners by not paying salaries for 3 months, instead, the FG will pay their staff for those 3 months.

I even learnt these greedy school owners got another 250k from the FG too as a relief package.

What's confusing me is that in my company I'm the manager and I was paid 50k while 2 other staff out of 7 of us were paid 30k each. Now since I was paid 50k will the owner of the company be paid 50k too?
Because the owner of the company is asking for like 80% of the money.

This is the bane of Nigeria. Our cross. Greed, selfishness, without human feeling, lovers of themselves.

Yet pointing fingers upandan. Every religion is altered when it comes to Nigeria.

Is it not Islam that are doing in Dubai,Saudi etc especially in UAE(which Dubai is a part of):why should our own come with illiteracy, poverty, disease

Is it not Christianity in UK, US, Why should our own come with brainlessness, prayer replacing work? ,Research, no emotional intelligence whatsoever.

Check now, you will find that the school proprietor (ess) is an adherent of one religion or the other.
I can categorically tell you that these wicked School owners are religious fanatics. They are wicked, greedy and inhumane but the hide under religion to perpetuate evil. The purpose of Religion is not working in Nigeria.

As an employee,in my school we have 30workers but 10 were allowed to register according to the information on the site during registration, so I was one of the selected 10 and we all agreed to share the money accordingly between us whenever it is paid to the account of the selected people. I have been paid twice
(30k)i sent the money to the school and my own share was returned back to me(10k).but I am happy with that because everyone of us all got something out of it.

Survival fund is designed for companies that couldn't meet up with staff salary as the results of covid 19 effects...so technically is not directly your money if.

1 your company has being paying you since the outbreak.
2 if you have more than 9 staff in a company...it will be a selfish act for you to think you will be paid while others stay and watch you....the portal accommodates 9 accounts only.
3 if you where informed about the sharing amongst the staff.
4 in as much it's your account the money came through because your company met the requirements which includes tax payment identification..you didn't apply for it by yourself but the company did on your behalf.
5 the money will soon finish and you may need to start looking for another job... because it just three months payment.
6 there are more coming next year , you'll not be eligible in the eyes of the company.
7 they can replace you with a friend or family member...Incase you don't know....it's just about paperwork,
Thanks.
