Brother, it is a generational thing. Osinbajo and Tinubu are closer to our father's generation. Those lot believe Nigeria must keep indulging, assimilating and accommodating Igbos and their excesses/blackmail.

Fashola is of the generation who feel Nigeria does not owe Igbo jacksh1t. They either behave and stop acting like babies or be made to behave.

All this blackmail against Buhari will not bother Fash in the slightest as he will crack down on them. Remember Fash closed Ladipo because of Igbo's environmental nuisance and even deported some Igbos.

Under Fashola or any modern generation Yoruba administrator, if Igbos do anyhow, in the states and region of others, they will see anyhow.

The only language they understand is force! Using persuasion don’t work on them and they see such as cowardice

He won a presidential election against a Northerner and was denied his mandate by a throwback in khaki.

Abiola was indeed a genius while you are a grade A dullard to not understand that what happened was testimony to the political brilliance of Yorubas military might had to be deployed to truncate. Mumu.
so the genius won a election, had sophisticated kinsmen in the military yet was bundled to jail and fed like a peasant till he died of shame? What a genius.

It's careless and unguarded statements like this that will make me not support a president of Igbo extraction.. I want you people to do your worst and see.

This is 2020 not 1960.

Lol. You shamelessly greedy, unprincipled and materialistic people who cannot stay away from the SW and North are always making noise.

That's why Nigerian leaders have never and will never take Igbos seriously. Always shouting Biafra from Lagos, Osun, Kaduna, Kano, Accra, Lesotho, joburg, Nairobi, Lesotho, Dublin, Nebraska, Arkansas etc.

All that impotent drivel instead of just relocating to SE Nigeria and proving your point from there. As you shout Biafra thousands of your people are boarding buses leaving the SE heading for Lagos and the SW with no return Ticket.

Who will ever take you Clowns seriously when your fakeness and lack of sincerity/seriousness is so glaring to the entire world .

I dey laff.

That is my disposition too. He will not be as tolerant to their nuisance as Tinubu will be.

Tinubu is just damn too friendly and amenable to these people that hate him passionately

Their hatred for Tinubu baffles me till tomorrow, yet they never curses their leaders for all the atrocities on the land.

Lol

They should better start Atikulating now coz I don’t even see an Igbo man as the presidential candidate of either APC or PDP in 2023 let alone become the president.

They can as well start donating for IPOB so they can purchase ammunition to probe their separation from Nigeria by 2023 since it’s sure they can’t be president.

You can’t threaten your way to power especially when you have nothing to use as bargaining tools.

Threat don’t work anymore, you either play the game or accept your status in the scheme of thing and learn to be humble.

The igbo tribe experienced the saddest day of their life on the day GEJ lost the election, only rivaled by their defeat in the civil war

They put that loss squarely on Tinubu and the Yorubas

What will happen if an Ibo man is not elected President in 2023? Ipob will turn to full blown terrorist group? Or Igbos will declare another civil war?

What exactly can Ibos use as leverage to hold Nigeria by the balls? NOTHING grin cheesy

Awon eleribu

Unfortunately Ojukwu played his last Card in 1966.

But I still believe Igbos can produce a President if he is a Nationalist and can unite the whole country.

They deserve the PDP Presidential ticket.

There is no need to insult anybody

It will be very nice if you can split Southern Nigeria into 3 Republics.
Omoluabi Republic
Niger Delta Republic
Biafra Republic

PDP is the only party that owes the Igbo its presidential ticket, anyone waiting for APC to give SE its ticket must be a slowpoke.
Senseless talk. You are saying this as if there was no Igbo man in APC since day one the party was inugurated.

Okay...

Frankly, I personally feel embarrassed reading posts of well-learned people of above-average mental pedestal demanding presidency, as though it is some sort of birth right or a cultural entitlement.

Whatever happened to merit.

But again, merit only works in a system devoid of corruption, tribal sentiments and distorted reasoning.A system which understands the nitty gritty of merit—the unlimitedness of competence.

The Igbos demand presidency because of the unfavourable political system and age-long disenfranchisement and alienation...and equity demands they get it.

You cannot speak with two sides of your mouth.

If Nigeria is a democracy, you can't have any ethnic group demanding the presidency, and essentially blackmailing the nation into voting in someone from their group. Vote for an Igbo man or there will be no Nigeria? Are you kidding me? Take that attitude and stick it right where the sun don't shine.

What they CAN fight for is for an Igbo candidate to represent at least one of the two major parties, not to demand the presidency.
