Philaterus:Good idea. It can solve his problem. However, he should make sure the so-called company accountant is not trying to claim for himself the money that could have been designated by the company to compensate people like him for irrational dismissal. |

I have sent the 40.000Naira directly to the company. I called Mr. Jude, the account manager, to confirm your story. He said you were rude and stopped picking his calls and that he even offered to give you part of the money for your kind gesture since he was at fault and his job was at risk but you ignored and stopped picking his calls. Now you can close this thread and learn to be sincere and polite in solving your problems. Happy New Year! |

You didn't withdraw the money yourself but rather access bank debited you for a facility running on your account. It's not your fault. Don't pay anything back, let the accountant go and look for money to settle the company. In fact, na your God catch them. |

Clicked:No Bank or MFB will give you loan except the account is a salary or you Business/Company account. That is the bases of calculating your ability to pay back and how much you can afford to part with monthly. |

If you are going through hard times you would never use an account you know a cash loan app is waiting for any money before they wire it out...you would use another one cos as me times it takes time for alert to show and by then money is out.Guess you know they would hive cash also so wanted double money... By the time you use 3 weeks on panti or area f..your family will provide the money... PS..but wait...why did he send the money into bank account when he was paying everybody cash at hand?? |
