Please, help me. This is the message I keep getting whenever I dial *346#. What should I do please? I thought if one has BVN he or she will have NIN. Why is mine different?

I dialed and got my NIN number .My problem is this - How & where will I collect my card when it's ready ?will I have to go to NIMC office ? I got mine through my BVN registration . |
