Becos southern Nigeria uses cement many many times more than the north.

How come one man has monopoly on cement in a country of 200,000,000 people? Madness. Cement is the foundation of urban development. There is a reason for sustaining the monopoly by PMB government.

I suggest you buy 600 bags @ 1.5m and start reselling for 3000 now...
