Are there laws that punish paternity fraudsters in nigeria since it is also fraud? or is it a civil case?

As bad and wicked as men are, they have never given a woman a wrong child to raise as her own,

As good and angelic as women are, they usually give men the wrong child to raise as their own....

Its legal in nigeria,so long as conjugal right is legal.pls,as a man.if u have a flash of dat thought.dont waste time.check for paternity.u dont need her consent.all u need is the child's hair,fingernail.it must not be blood.

A law that indicts women(mothers) in favour of men; don't think so. It's the woman and her children against the man.

I was informed that Nigerian law does not even recognize paternity fraud. As long as you're married to the woman, you're responsible for the kids; DNA or no DNA.

The court will only recognize DNA test when the woman is not married to you.

One solution is to for men to put a stop to all these court registered marriages and stay traditional, until the law is amended to be more fair towards the male sex..

Where does this happen in Nigeria.As if a man cannot just wake up in the morning kick his wife out of the house.

The Nigerian legal protects the child from the fallout of these practices.
it leaves room for the couple's to delibrate and resolve this issues but the court heavily protects the child first.
if the couple's want divorce the court will grant their prayer.
if any of the party in dispute wants settlement as a result the court will hear valid reasons but the court must hear that the children are going to be affected.that is where Nigerian court will change it for the two couples
