Nice one but there isn't much difference from the normal stew. I was expected to See a mini Red sea on the plate

I didn't have interest before but when I scrolled down and saw the outcome in those assorted meat I became weak and wowed. Like my eyes popped out! Though am not that into meat but it got my attention.

True. Some veterans boil, then add oil. I do that too, but I have never taught anybody that got it right with that method. Some fry too and there is nothing wrong with it. I do both, but I teach the latter.

Fun fact: Do you know your tatashe is the red variant of green pepper? Yes, the green pepper you use for fried rice.

Nice. I used goat meat, shaki, abodi, cow leg, cow head and chicken. That was enough congestion already.

I think guys should be learning how to cook more this days just in case. OP you did very well by sharing. Ama try it myself someday. I know how smoky red oil used to be. I pray i get a good oil from the market.
