Ghana equalized and it ended 1-1.
God what is happening to our football. Who did we offend? First, Super Falcons and Olympic eagles failed to qualify for Olympics. Then, U20 flying eagles knocked out and now U17 golden eaglets at the verge of being sent packing.

I dont know myself.
Personally, i think our u17 and u20 have a problem with finishing.
They just dont convert their chances.
Their coaches should look for Hallands and Osimhens who can finish the chances they keep creating.
In consolation i think we can harvest some very good players from there

The NFF should start a program to nurture them through the youth teams, if we do that I don't think we lost much

The Ghana youth teams have a partnership with FC Norjslland why don't we have that?

Osimhen: 'I didn't know about the party'
Football Italia

Napoli forward Victor Osimhen clarified he ‘didn’t know anything’ about the controversial birthday party. ‘My sister told me to wait downstairs’.

The Partenopei forward tested positive for coronavirus upon his return to Naples after the Christmas holiday.

He had taken part in a surprise birthday party without wearing a protective mask and Napoli have fined the Nigerian forward.

Osimhen apologised to the club and their fans, whilst his representative Roberto Calenda defended the striker in an interview with Il Mattino.

Now, Osimhen has himself clarified he didn’t plan to celebrate in an interview with Omasports.

“Before I went to Nigeria, I told my sister that I wouldn’t celebrate my birthday,” he said. “I was not in the right mood because of my injury.

“On that particular day, I had been asleep for about six hours. When I woke up, my sister asked me to go downstairs.

“If you check what I put on, I was wearing the training jersey. I wouldn’t wear that for my birthday party. I wouldn’t dress so casual.

“I could celebrate my birthday in other ways too, but I wasn’t in a good mood. I went downstairs and they were playing music, gospel.

“I was down there for about 10 minutes before my older brother called me back upstairs. I didn’t throw a party.

“After I tested positive for COVID-19, I called my family and told them to get tested. All of them have done it and they tested negative.”
