But it depends on the school you are applying to.

Which schools are you applying to? Whivh course are you going for?

I do see but my lack of local government certificate and state of origin certificate they fck me up.

I apply for turkiye burslari scholarship a fully funded scholarship offered by turkish government

Germany is a nice location(esp with regards to your discipline) although the Lang poises a problem. Op I'll advise you go ahead to finish the remaining two years here in Nigeria and there after go ahead to further your studies outside the country. For now get on to do more research, prepare to write the necessary exams TOFEL, IELTS etc as well as putting things in place knowing fully well you got plans ahead. Plan well and best wishes!!
