Nonsense. Even a homeless man in US/Canada is most likely richer than a lot of first class graduate here. Some of those homeless people may sometimes spend up to $200 a month on alcohol alone. Graduates here don't make that much in a month.

Why not compare $21k rent with 21k naira? As far as u are not using naira to pay rent in Canada dn't compare a dollar with what can its equivalent do in Nigeria. 4. It's stupidity to resign from a high-paying job in Nigeria in a bid to relocate to Canada/US. Your eyes will get clear up when you start facing the hard realities in Canada. OP made some valid points on the surface but massively flawed in general. You cant buy peace of mind, have u asked the question why the family members of the nigerians on forbes list stay for the most part abroad. The main difference btw yankee and 9ja is, your hardwork/dedication is guaranteed to be rewarded in one over the other.
