Honestly I can't take this any more, I'm sick and tired. Why is my oga like this? I didn't want to bring this matter here but since nobody wants to hear my own side of the story; I know you will.

Besides when you're servin someone you have to learn two major qualities. "Patience" and "Tolerance" humans aren't perfect. Therefore when you're looking up to someone to pull you up the ladder of life, you have to be at your best behavior.

I have an uncle who owns a factory here in Lagos, he sent most of the boys he brought from the village to serve empty handed without settlement cos they failed to stick to his rules. He's a very strict man. People call him a wicked person but I prefer to call him a principled man.

When your guardian tells you he doesn't want to see you anywhere near a woman, stick to his rules and stay away from women. Womanizing would make you steal from him cos you would want to maintain your girlfriend.

When he tells you not to be outside till 7pm, obey him, and stick to his rules. Many guys are naturally stubborn and find it difficult to humble themselves and stay under someone, that's why they end up complaining all their lives.

But like I said one of the things that gives many ogas sleepless nights is the thought of their boys stealing from them.

You stated clearly here that he told you not to use phones yet you've clearly violated that rule by using a phone. That's disobedience, he'll obviously suspect you.

If you want any kind and form of settlement from him, you have to be very transparent with him concerning sales and records. Money doesn't just vanish. If he's accusing you of stealing his money, then he's actually loosing money, or not making the kind of profit he used to make before you joined him. You have to be very careful.

Let your records, invoice... etc be very transparent, in case you don't know, every one suspects the average youth until he proves himself. Bad experiences has made everyone suspicious of even his blood brother.

Get him to trust you, be very obedient, and with time he stop his accusations towards you.

That's is apprenticeship for u! U will learn, unlearn and relearn. When u are through, the end product is a polished refined gold

Boss hard luck, if u can endure and finish the training. Remember u can't compare this training with any formal educational system.

Maybe you have to improve your rapport with your boss. Communication. He is frustrated about u been a teenager (can be difficult to understand). Loosen up a little bit on the emotional side.
