My suggestion, let university education be privatised through PPP. Let FG pay school fees of uni students directly into the universities. 100% scholarship for STEM courses, 50% scholarship for non STEM courses at all levels.

With this policy, expect a new dawn after an academic session. Government will spend less with better results.

No government in Nigeria can successfully run any investment or organization because of greed and corruption.

Ppp means higher fees by default.

Plus government cannot pay fees for all students. We don't have the cash or the budget.
