Though this evil people might not know a watch is a smart watch. They most times strip their victims of every thing on them. Chains watches, shoes etc. At times up to boxers. The best is to plant hidden cameras on the farm. known only to wives and children.

Pathetic!

You've not really found out how modern smart watches work then

Glad I am not the only one complaining. We all know Arrewa got banned for a far lesser offence. But this particular user is on almost every thread attacking and demonizing entire tribes and regions. If he's not demonizing the North, he's demonizing the West.. Only his South East region is perfect!

Hypocrite. Lesser offence indeed. Arrewa is one of the most toxic elements on this forum and deserves every ban he gets. The fact that you are defending him shows you yourself are no different. If you people cannot comply with the rules of the forum, then find your way out.

And you mean that could have saved the man from being killed by the kidnappers?

Except the watch will be sending signal and recording to someone outside while under attack or probably be alerting you of danger ahead.

If non of the above then your suggestion doesn't make sense at this point sir.

You think such bloody kiddnappers will leave any valuable on him after killing? They will most definitely take off the watch and all evidence wiped and gone.

What we need now is a honest government ready to tackle insecurities in Nigeria and nothing more.

May God deliver us all from evil in Jesus name.

RIP young man. Sad.So,how how can the government tackle this without deploying technology?....

NwekeUG:
Abducted Oyo farmer, Wole Agboola has been killed by kidnappers after collecting a ransom of N2m from his family, IgbereTV reports.

Six armed men dressed in military camouflage abducted the University of Ibadan graduate on his piggery/fish farm located at Nagbede village via Aba-odo in Oyo on Monday, December 28, 2020.

The decomposing remains of Agboola were recovered from the bush in Aba-Odo on Monday, January 11, by the police a few miles from where he was abducted.

A brother to the deceased, Olakunle Agboola, also a journalist, who confirmed the development, said his brother was killed and his body found 10 days after the ransom was paid by the family.

"My brother, Wole Agboola was killed after a huge ransom was paid and we later found his body inside the bush near Aba Odo yesterday (Monday) at 6pm just a bit close to where he was abducted.” said Olakunle.

Meanwhile, friends of the deceased have taken to Facebook to mourn him.

Pastor of the church where the deceased worshipped, Reverend Boladale Ige suspected he might have been killed shortly after he was kidnapped.

Rev. Ige's statement reads:

And your own people are not being slaughtered like animals? The greatest mass murders ever committed in the south by Fulani herdsmen happened in your region. And this case haven't been linked to anyone or an ethnic group.
BTW: South East has nothing that could make Yorubas obsessed about you, you are beneath the South West in all ramifications

Beneath the SW in all ramifications, you say, you just proved my point....

. Where did I claim to be better than the lowest SW person. You've tentatively pointed out my objection. The SW obsession with non-yoruba southern tribes

You just proved my point. The news was about misguided Northern elements and yoruba people. But your hatred would introduce the igbos into everything that's a yoruba person's problem. If you all hate the igbos so much call your elders and pursue referendum so the igbo man can be excused from this sorry state.

What's my own. I'm sure your hatred and bigotry just proved the case. To your shame, I'm not even igbo. You see why I say the yoruba hatred for the igbos blinds them from their own conditions and problems.

Don't worry, continue pursuing the narrative, you're all emboldening the kidnappers, when it touches your family, your senses will be restored

YORUBA voted for the troubles that is befalling them and the rest of the nation.

The Katsina born Daura President they brought to power in Aso Rock was their biggest mistakes.

Their kings collected dollars from President Jonathan and still turned their back against Jonathan.

As if that was not enough Tinubu returned the same man they south west is complaining against for another second term.

There is a bitter price for betrayals.

Let's hope they have sense soon. Meanwhile the kidnapping that was a core Northern thing is becoming increasingly regular in Ondo and Oyo.

By mid year, will Lagos be safe?

May God protect me and my family. I stand to condemn kidnapping cause I move around in forested communities alot.

Brother thank you for your observations and comments here.

It is a few miscreants in Yoruba land that are obsessed with politics of hating anything Igbo that are shouting Igbo Igbo when their real enemy are destroying their farmland, killing and maiming the farmers or whomever they lay their hands on.

How come obas in full regalia and title staff of office do not have a militia to protect their community ? How can you say you are a first class chief without police orderly protection when the incoming Fulani emirs of Yoruba land are already enjoying the the protection of full militia that can be called upon to defend the Fulani interest in Yoruba land.

It is shameful the way Yoruba talk about wisdom, knowledge and power. Despite education they are going to waste away.

Guys Nigeria will experience a surge in terrorism. Criminals will round up streets, rob, rape and if anyone esxapes they will unleash their wrath by killing those around.

I saw it in the spirit. I dont know when it will happen. You will think its just a few guys that entered your yard but nope... Its a whole battalion sorrounding your street waiting for anyone who would escape. Na house to house duty dem go dey do.
Security forces will be shocked at the brazen mindset cos these ones will not inform their inside sources at the naija secirity agencies as they ussualy do before they strike. So even the corrupt officials will be like wow... These boys are growing wings o. But nope...its a new set of angry guys. Angry at civilians, angry at the millitary and ready to tear down anything.
Yes, they are just overwhelmed and are ready to die on duty.
Dont ask me how I know.... I see am for spirit.

Yeah, the development is getting scary and very disturbing. It's quiet unfortunate that we may have to learn our lessons the hard way.

We've so much neglected the warnings while playing the foolish games of tribe, religion and politics. We foolishly assumed that if it's not happening within my yard, it's not my business.

Very soon, people will see the uselessness of bulletproof cars and high fences. The wildest animal can be subdued but an unguided human souls are like swarm of Locusts with bronze mandible, no conscience.

To the tribal and religious bigots, you'll soon understand that the mental barricades you've created will not stop the impending disaster from circulating.

You'll soon realized that a tree doesn't need to grow within your compound before its root deliver a collapsing crack to your walls. Then, you will know that the mental walls you've created cannot stop the extension of the damaging roots you failed to cut.

If you still think it's not your business, Time shall tell.
