There are three types of engines that I used to sell (the more I age into Nigeria the more I really don't even what to get into automotive repair, but that's another thread).

1) Crate engine - you get facgtopry warranty. No refund. Take it up with the manufacturers district Manager.

2) Rebuilt engine - will have 1,000 miles/30 days warranty against workmanship.

3) Junkyard engine - I will test it for compression, change front and rear seal. No warranty but may accept trade.

Gazzuzz has offered a refund, something that I wouldn't even consider because how do I know what nonsense has been done with the engine (I hear a neighbor warm up a modern Corolla every morning by taking it immediately to redline - I cringe).

Before I met Gazzuzz he helped me attempt an escrow with another seller on here for N500K. I sent the money to him. The escrow fell apart within minutes. I had wanted him to hold on to the money in case of another opportunity to buy. He sent the money back immediately. I know he lost time as well as money trying to help me.

He used his logistics company to pickup some items from RadAuto and he also personally delivers it to the motorpark for delivery to me in Ibadan. He hasn't asked me for a penny. I know it cost him time and money. I can't wait to pay him back.

Human relationship is a two way street. As an employee of a major company in the USA I have been coached that the customer is always right. As the owner of my own company only the good customer is always right. I think I'm the only one in Nigeria that has this sign posted in his office.

Some car parts are trial and error. Some car parts are even without return policy or warranty. Once you buy and pick it, no refunds. But GAZZUZZ gave him a very good option. Police can't do nothing here if OP has signed and agreed to the terms and conditions spelt out before him. Even the court won't do nothing. The best bet here is to seek gentle man way out of whatsoever he is in.

He sold a worked engine for me as tokunbo engine yet insult me like I'm collecting it as credit or free. The engine he sold for me for N220k . What will you say about a "tokunbo" engine that engine oil( the one he recommended and bought) dries up just in less than 1000miles. I poured another 4litre it has short again.

May Gazzuzz generation feel the pain I'm feeling now and the one he made me feel except I got the money through a dubious way too.. He made me cough out almost N400k upon insult and abuse oooo yet the engine he bought and fixed for me is a worked engine.

He showed me a clean tokunbo engine but gave me a worked engine, may the force of universe take advantage of your ignorance and work against you in all ramifications of your life.

You are very correct but remember all clients can not behave in the same way. I am also a businessman. I venture in lot of businesses. I have been to more than 10 trainings on client management. The last one I attended was at Southgate House, Orsborne Foreshore Estate in Ikoyi. The next one I am attending will come up online due to COVID19. Some clients are terrible but you MUST manage them.

Oga, have you ever ordered an item abroad that went bad? Most cases, they'll ask you to send it back then when they receive it. They'll refund. Its in some cases that the seller will give buyer a refund and tell seller no need to ship back.

GAZZUZZ has asked buyer to bring vehicle and when part is un installed, he gets his money back. It's in my opinion a good way out of this issue.

The intention of this thread by Tosin ayoko aka baba40 was never to seek redress or get a refund, it was a smear campaign by a fraudulent individual.


After intensive investigations I can authoritatively tell you car is in perfect condition and all claims were highly exaggerated. The OP has stayed away from this thread even after countless mentions for him to come for a refund, replacement, or a checkup.

I can prove it to you again.


Baba40 if what I am saying is incorrect counter it.

Read above this your post, Gazzuzz gave the man 24hours to return said engine. I don't think Gazzuzz was ready to refund or replace the item. He just wanted Baba40 to suffer.
