This run is so easy nd most folks would loose their portfolio chasing pumps... My advise for new folks is simple... Betece has gone on a run since 10k It's ranging... Generally, Majors move first follow by mid and small caps Bitece is king and will outperform almost all others in the long run so dont get carried away. But knowing when the market shifts means you can multiply ur portfolio value. Eithy controls all altys and usually outperforms all of them in the long run. Don't forget that. Whenever you want to get married to anyone, chart it against bitece or eithy and see how it's performed over the past years... It helps people know what to stick to. The movement this week is based on Eithys movement a last week Now my play is simple... Eithy seems to be consolidating to break ATH....8f it does that with volume, I expect to accelerate in the following weeks... When it accelerates that way, it can hold up the market.... While it accelerates, other altys may be relatively calm... Once it calms down, they'd start poppin.. they'd pop so much that folks will forget eithy and bitece until those take over via a dump or pump again... |

TheEnlightenedO:Do you buy and sell on the same exchange or you buy in one exchange like luno and sell in another like binance? |

nittly:Over the past year it's not been among the more profitable options.. It's gone on a run recently and would likely move more given that everything is popping but I'm not interested. IMO others like link, ethy, lite have more reward. I don't know where you got the 4% from but anybody promising that is likely just interested in scamming you |

luvlyoracle:Seriously speaking, I'm not a fan of buying on a green week it seems we've began a major altys run and when they run, they run quick and well Also if you're new here remember eithy and bitice are your best options in the long term. For now, I'm waiting for the weekly close but a good number are really promising... The most promising to me now is link... You can get in slowly... Any dip now is a buy for me.. I sold at 20, hoping for a dip to 15 ish but it doesn't look like it'd give that. In these conditions, once a good coin breaks ATH, 100% is easy as resistances become vague. Another is lite... It's been quiet for a while.. From where it is now to 350 ish only seems like a matter of time I'm tracking a good number who are also approaching ATH, my plan is to get in on a flip. I've rode pdot and riding aave for sweet profits... This is not advise, but my targets on altys are x3 once ATH is broken But before you get in, you have to set your targets. How lonn are you willing to keep and how much profits you want. Cos it doesn't matter if it quadruples, if you're not disciplined, youd loose all. |

| Re: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by jedisco(m): 5:04pm On Jan 16, 2021 |
Tinneh:Depends on when you bought... Given the market conditions, I'd advise to hold and see. My strategy was to add on dips which I did on the last... I'm watching on how it plays with its ATH, once it breaks that convincingly, (1.4k usd) then it'd be a crime to sell for anything less than a 50% increase |

LifeSolutionsTV:Y don't you send the equivalent in Bitcoin or Perfect Money. Its easier. The person will sell it over there and get his money in their currency. |

jedisco:I pity newbies like me who read your writeups. You say a lot but you use a lot of jargons; "altys, Betties, pdot, ATH, 15 ish, 350 ish, sold at 20" Arh Arh!!! I have read all your comments but I tell you solemnly, I understand nada. Nothing!!! Please can you just kindly break it down a bit when next you're making an input. A lot of people are reading comments on here but it's useless if at the end of the day only a few understand you. I appreciate your efforts regardless. Thanks |

....back in 2016/17 I had to buy some crypto so as to join some Ponzi schemes (the country was lite with many crazy Ponzi schemes at that time). I knew nothing about crypto but YouTube gave me all the education I needed, I joined and subscribed to most crypto communities and realised that this stuff (crypto) was really the future. Around early 2017, the crash came...the Ponzi schemes crashed, bitcoin along with all other alt coins plummeted in price. It was really ugly! But I had gone too far to turn back, I watched an interview of chamath palihapitiya( former executive at Facebook) dude is one young smart billionaire in the US. He advised that the period of a price crash in BTC was the best time to buy, I picked this....and have continued to save every penny that crossed my hands in BTC. Today, the compound value of my BTC portfolio after 4 years is mind burgling, sometimes I wake up in the morning and just scream ahhhhh
