Lagos sweet only if you are a business person, or you work close to where you reside, those that leave on the mainland and work in island are just reducing their lifespan
But nowhere like Lagos worldwide
Crazy fun every corner, you don't need to go anywhere to catch fun,

Funny, you see!
you can't mention it.
6 hours is okay for an adult to sleep.
Lagos don't sleep, you get your ass up and do something instead of sleeping.

After the 9am-5pm job, one spends another 3-4 hours on the road due to traffic.

Haba, one deserves his quality rest.

More than fair. Whatever is at your disposal, use. If you have it, flaunt it, use it. All is fair, in love and war. That was a war zone situation she described there and her mission was accomplished. Job done enough to get her home on time and/or schedule

Lol.

Still not fair, knowing fully well that the men she shoves aside with her sizeable bosoms are no match for her. They are at her mercy.....

I was born and raised in Lagos. I can even say I'm a Lagosian by virtue of indigenous ethnic naturalisation. In all my years in Lagos State, one aspect of life here that never ceases to amaze me is the ruggedness of life here, especially if you use public transportation. This Facebook user, Jude Idada managed to beautifully capture one of such instances of the madness of The Gidi.

I hope you enjoy reading this narration as much as I did.

Gimme accommodation for 5 years free of charge with a job, I won't accept to live in Lagos.

I have a friend who got transferred to Kano some years ago. He was surprised that he could make it to his office within 10 minutes, left the house at 7:45am but arrived the office before 8:00am.

Even after spending 3 months in Kano state, this guy, at 3:00am is already awake and counting the ceilings. Lagos life had wired him that way.

Six months later, my guy started working his transfer back to Lagos. What is it in Lagos state sef? I can never tell.

That 4hours you spend in traffic is another life lessons.
You'd see alot on the road that will make you hustle hard for your own ride or even a motorcycle depending on your person.

Owning a car is no guarantee to escape the traffic.

During my visit to Lagos state some years ago, I saw a man in his suit sleeping at the owner's side while his driver was busy. This was during the early hours of the morning.

God help that man that his driver is not sleep deprived thereby making bad judgement.....

hehehehe..
It's all about wisdom, some pple live in faraway Sango otta and work in Apapa, such peeps will sleep in vehicles.

But there are alternatives to avoid that too!
It's all about Lagos sense.
When I got a job with FMN Apapa, it's was difficult moving from Agege to apapa everyday, somebody advised me to use the subway but the trains are dirty, overloaded and very slow..
I had to move to surulere which is nearer to Apapa to cut all those shits.

But if I had a car then, I will remain in Agege and the journey will be easier.

That's it.

They sleep in their vehicles because they had no quality rest. And they entrust their lives to another man who may also be sleep deprived.

How do you expect these persons to perform optimally at their work places?
