It wont work, Name on the NIN has to match the Name used in registering the Sim Card

I have my NIN intact but I just purposely didn't want to do my sim activation, im just patiently looking forward to what they gonna do to string heads like us

A responsible government would have known that the time frame given to the people is too short, considering the large crowd gathering together despite the second wave of the covid-19.
It should be suspended, pending when the second wave of the covid-19 subsides and more registration centres are established.
