First of all, 700k is quite an expensive amount of money for a place like Ibadan. People's income in a city is what dictates the rent and I don't think the majority of people in Ibadan earn an average annual income of over 1m, so that's one.

Secondly, people must be held responsible for their services or products. Whether you're a social media person or not, the guy was simply saying what he observed. It's actually a shabby work in the first place and most of these landlords don't want to pay for repairs.

You say 10k is a small amount of money, after paying 700k basic rent... Well, that's just an ignorant comment bro... Maybe you've not rented an apartment before. undecided

For 700k apartment,entire walls of kitchen,bathroom nd toilet are expected to be tiled.

That's the standard apartment in a high brow area of the city and reserved for well-paid individuals.

It's just over $1000 Dollars -equivalent of a monthly rents in NY city and other places in Banana Island in Lagos.
