When the Fulani herdsmen where climaxing with their actions inko?
No assume ohhhh!!!people are damn angry right now.
Yorubas,Igbos,Tiv,Jukun,southern Kaduna,Gwari,Nupe,the list is endless.

The battle lines are been drawn.
Jungle done mature,
No time for caricature.

Thank you.. They all think it's like before that fulani have plenty enablers, now the story has changed... They have become an enemy to almost all tribes in the north and trust me the kind genocides coming their way is better imagined

Those vibrating for war on this thread have never witnessed a full blown internecine crisis. Ordinary riot that I witnessed shook me to my bones. I was just praying to get home safe. If a riot can have that kind of effect, what will a full blown war entail? My parents witnessed the war and told me they will never pray for war again in their lifetime.

Instead of them to direct their angst to the government for allowing marauders run free in the land, they are here celebrating the destruction of properties. Eye go soon clear.

Eye go soon clear my ass. E get wetin person never see before? "You talk you die, you no talk you die" so what is the point sitting down like a lame duck and watch your siblings slaughtered by ak47 wielding fulani bastards?

These guys are troublesome, some people's defenses include threats to Southerners in the north. Southerners in the north are very law abiding, generate revenues for the host local and state governments.
We should understand that the Fulanis are the same both the nomads and settlers. The settlers work very closely with the nomads and the nomads are always available to be used by the settlers as destructive machineries against their neighbors. The above scenario played out during crisis in some places including plateau state thereby displacing the original, ancestral, indigenous people and the government wastes no time in creating IDPs while allowing these murderers to go on perpetrating genocides.
The Southerners should not allow illegal occupation of their forests by Fulani people. In fact, don't sell your land to them.

Now, I am not in favour of or against the push to evict the fulanis, but one thing should be made clear to any community that have Fulanis as locals (residents who see themselves as locals who come from there like anyone else whose parents are from that place)... You dont raise dust with Fulanis and then change your mind against your decision.....You dont show them what you can do, pull out of your gragra and then expect them to remain powerless and at your mercy.

The fulani govt and their accomplice like Adesina actually thought if they allow the fulani marauders to go on rampage and be killing people the people would be too tired, scared and abandon their land but they mistake the resolve of the people...its a spiritual thing the people are spiritually attached to their land and not even 1billion fulani and their govt can dislodge anybody his or her land....they thought its the Hause people that they deceived and taken over their land...War is coming that's what I just know....and the fulani once again would park out just like in the Central African Republic...Nonesense...!!

Hold the government responsible, not innocent people. The government owes us security of lives and property. You are jubilating that Fulani people are being harassed, but you cannot go to the Federal government to demand accountability and action.

Una doh. I'm not Yoruba but I was born and raised in Yoruba land. Imagine if indigenes come to attack me and my family because we are prospering in their land. Does that even make sense? Same goes for some of these Fulani people who were raised in Yoruba land. The ones committing havoc are just a small fraction of Fulani people because all the ones I know and grew up with are peaceful people who mind their business.

If every ethnic group decides to start harassing settlers, there will be a conflagration that will consume some of these people jubilating over the actions of Sunday Igboho.

The situation is more complex than the simple analogy being ascribed to it. The 'peacefull people' you refer to are Hausas, not fulani. Fulanis are mostly cattle herders, living in bushes, and rarely have interaction with other people.

While they are not kidnapping, they are grazing cattle on people's farm lands. Every Fulani you see with cattle, will graze on somebody's farm soon. People have cried out repeatedly. The government of the day has turned itself into the defenders of Fulanis ethnic group, so crying to the government is a waste of precious tears.

There is nothing wrong with asking them to leave the forests and bushes that does not belong to them. They are simply trespassing in the first place. However, I do not support setting a person's house ablaze. That is an act of violence I cannot condone. But enough is enough with these people.

Yorubas are wicked, why are they killing and destroying the properties of innocent Fulanis,
Those Fulanis chased out, looking at the properties they are living a normal way not in the bushes.
This act from Yoruba Youths against these innocent Fulanis should be condemned , this is pure wickedness, crime against humanity.
It is not
Come to some northeastern states where they have indigenous Christians coexisting with Muslims, they Christians have all been displaced to different IDPs while the herdsmen are now occupying their villages with impunity and nothing happens to them.
It's time all men defend their territories.
No single Fulani in this country is indigenous to the British contraption called Nigeria, today they're everywhere, leading with agenda of expanding their territory to farther south of Nigeria.
The hausa as a tribe has been suppressed permanently and no hausa person can proudly tell you that his hausa due to inferiority complex.

Go ahead and attack Yorubas in the North. Hausas are getting wiser now; if they allowed Fulani to use them against Yorubas in the North, the whole Sabos in the SW will burn. Let me tell you no tribe will dare attack Yorubas anywhere in Nigeria and go with it; we have each tribe in their thousands and some in millions and their investments in the SW. No one is saying all Fulanis are criminals. One needs to visit Oyo to see lots of good ones that have integrated very well. However, the people know the criminal ones that are harbouring and using Bororos to kidnap and rob people.

At present, go to Ishiagu/Awgu areas and see how these your 'innocent' criminals are uprooting cassava farmers laboured to plant for their cattle; and they dare not complain.

The people are resulting to self help because of failure of law enforcement and government. There should be state police immediately if government can no longer secure everyone but few herdsmen.
God bless you my brother

You're getting it wrong.

When government engages and encourages bias and prejudice and in favour of aggressors, the oppressed are left with no choice than to defend 'emselves against their aggressors.

The FG is clearly complicit in all these injustice. If not, they wouldn't have the knee jerk reaction to Akeredolu's proclaimation but give a sessile reaction to loss of lives associated with the kidnappings and crimes by the Fulanis. Think of what usually happens in Benue. Recall a Fulani kidnapper that was caught in the East but he had the effrontery to say that he will soon be freed. That is the reality and the truth of it all - he will be released and free to continue his crimes.

Three weeks ago, about 10 Nigerian soldiers accompanied Fulani herdsmen to harass aborigines and landowners in Ogun state and force them to allow herders graze their cows on farmland.

While we condemn the killings and destruction of property by the criminal element among the Fulani; however, blacklisting the whole tribe for the crime of a few and consequently burning of their houses and forceful eviction incited by jingoistic local tribal champion is equally wrong and should be condemned by all peace loving Nigerians; because those currently hailing and justifying this xenophobic action against the Fulani may inadvertently be sowing the seeds future such reprisals against themselves, their children or grandchildren, when another tribal bigot elsewhere will feel sufficiently motivated to incite such ethnic cleansing against his/her own tribe.

The truth is that there is hardly any tribe not associated with a particular crime or shortcoming; it is therefore conceivable that one day we will hear or witness Igbos or Yoruba etc being burnt out from various parts of the north as may be incited by one local champion, with a grouse against the tribe, under the pretence of fighting one crime or another, e.g. yahoo yahoo, drug trafficking, child theft, ritual killings etc.

Ppl should be careful of what they are asking for.

God bless you bro.

From ancestral historical facts, Fulanis has always been wanderers, herdsmen and Bushmen who thinks all lands are their so far their herds can graze their.

However, a few of them came to settle in the Nothern part which already had a lot of different ethnic groups b4 their arrival. They always come as wanderers or herders then settle to lands and later lord themselves over the original owners.

Most Fulanis came from Sahara Africa or Sahel area. Infact they migrated or wanderer from Northern Africa till most of them settled in west Africa.

They conquered Hausa land which are the major ethnic in now Northern Nigera. They've already had a flourishing empire before Fulani conquered them and established KANEM-BORNO EMPIRE because of the lucrative Sahara trade routes to the North, East Africa and Arabs.

Pls, one question so strange to me is that why is it that all EMIRS IN THE NORTH ARE FULANIS?

Thus that means no any other tribes that have royal blood or can lead their people. They invaded through series of Jihad wars on the Hausas until they conquered their different kings and kingdoms, then impose Islam to take aware they consciousness. Then killed all their warriors, marries their females through inter-marriage thus becoming ever-bonding as their master.

They furthered their jihad and conquest war to almost all the north through conquered hausas to furthered established Islam. Such of those war of conquest was the one Yorubas defeated them after the betrayal of one Yoruba warrior who seceded one of the vassal area (ILORIN) to Fulanis protection and was later assassinated by the same fulani.

One should ask the real yoruba historians where was the formal seat of power of OYO EMPIRE. Old Oyo settlement was a little bit driven to the present Oyo as a result of the war.

FULANIS ARE VIRUS SPREAD ALL OVER WEST AFRICA AND SEES NIGERIA AS THE NATURAL HOST/WELL FOR THEIR SURVIVAL.

THEY ARE DEADLY VIRUS ON ALL OTHER ETHNIC OR TRIBES.

ONLY INNOCENT AND PEACEFUL FULANIS SHOULD BE LEGALLY DOCUMENTED AND ALLOW TO OWN, LIVE AND DO BUSINESS IN WEST.

is an indigen in the now contraption time-
