If you faithfully pay your tithe and offering , 2 months of your salary is for church

E.g
If your salary is N100,000

January- All gone to church as first fruit

February to December, your tithe is N10,000 * 11 months
= N110,000
Total- N100,000 + N110,000
= N210,000
Thats over 2 months salary

It's not too much for God that gave you the #1.2m in a year.

ENGINEERG:

I don't know why you people like stealing from God. You should not give your pastor anything less than your 4 months salary. If you earn 1million in a year, 400 - 500k must go to the church. If not, expect God's wrath in your life.
