Good evening guys. I updated my PC and since then the keyboard has been having problems. Whenever I type 1 it shows 17 and when I press caps lock, it shows letter n and a lot of keys like that. I've done a reboot so many times, advance startup diagnosis, I've updated drivers, uninstalled and installed the keyboard driver all to no avail. Please what can I do?

what kind of update did you do? if the keyboard malfunctions is due to the update, you need to update your system bios to latest revision. if it is a hardware issue, the keyboard needs to be serviced, cleaned or replaced.

Hello, Can anyone help out...my laptop an HP elitebook used to have in-built Bluetooth but ever since I formatted the system to windows 10 the Bluetooth disappeared. I’ve updated all drivers,in fact the Bluetooth especially from device manager but it tells me my driver is updated and running the latest version.

I’ve tried using a dongle and it still doesn’t function.

that is windows 10 for you, it is meant to be kept updated. unless you roll back to windows 8 or 8.1

I did system update. I can't update system BIOS. I've taken it to an engineer, he said it has to be replaced. Thanks.

You have to remove the write protection on the USB drive. You can use diskpart which is a built in windows utilities to remove it.

Diskpart can be accessed from CMD

Note: write protection can only be removed using the system that write protected the USB drive.
