The thing with cramps is, they get used to painkillers. So you need to change to another painkillers.i used closed to 10 different painkillers kilkers in my life for cramps before j got married and pregnant. Cramps was my enemy. U can use dichlofenac or donometaB please if u don't have ulcer o.those drugs increased my ulcer oo.

I experienced a pain in my rectum today. It wasn't funny. As in the pain hooked me all the way inside, I couldn't even walk or talk for some minutes.
I went to the hospital and to my disappointment the doctor couldn't even tell me what could cause such pain. Anyone experienced this before?

Smiles. I remember myself in the same shoes 2017. I and hubby got married November 2017.
We planned to wait for sometime to enjoy married life.
I had just one period that Nov until months later.
You can say nature took it's course. I have no regrets though. Work might go but family is primary to me.
It's normal for people to advise you cos some people have seen themselves in situation where they are ready to start making babies, it doesn't come and they start trying to conceive.

I'm on my second missionary journey. Mum and MIL kept asking when we will start baby two. I kukuma told them I'm still recovering from the first. Definitely not a walk in the park working in Lagos and being a mother. All the best dear

Hi all, its my first st time in this health section . got married this year n my wife confirmed pregnant which should be about a month now. She wanted to do a scan but she was given an extra 2 weeks that the scan wount show any thing in her tummy , the reason for the scan is for us to know how many weeks pregnant she is. But last week satday make it 2 weeks n wife my deosnt wanna gobfir the scan , she's saying till month end. But since yesterday she started vomiting n can't eat . she can't even go to her work.
Its our first time and me self I'm more confused.
Hope their wount be any effect if she doesn't go for the scan as at when she was told to come .

Amen. Both are very necessary. It depends on Doctor's advice though.

To err on the side of caution, take progesterone once pregnancy is confirmed.

She doesn't need to go for scan if she knows the first day of her last menstrual cycle (LMP), the gestational age can be calculated from there and also her EDD calculated using it.
The vomiting is as a result of surge in hormones and can last anywhere from 12weeks to the end of the pregnancy..she just has to learn to manage it (tips available on the thread).
Hope she's taking her vitamins (folic acid or pregnacare)?

From mine experience, ensure all necessary tests are done why waiting

It causes delayed fertility for some. It's not everybody though. However, it's risk which some people are aware of.
