Please what can I use for this bumps , treated and treated it but still the same , it has even made me to start wearing caps up and down and I don't go out again due to it. Please kindly help me out to what I can use, lost my confidence in going out and always indoor , already getting depressed sef

No jokes, your description is so apt. This bump is really crazy. It is neither Dermatitis herpetiformis nor keloidal folliculitis; it's just one bad ass morafvcker sent from hell to ruin your self-esteem.

If it weren't on your head, I'd have suggested you amputated it because it looks somewhat cancerous.
I just hope I'm not correct but you'd need surgical help on this.

I showed a friend and she said it is what happens when you used blunt Dorco shaving razor that was used on diseased pubic hair for your scalp.
Use Gillette or Bic next time...till then just rock your wig with whatever confidence left in you. Who says you can't be the next Bobrisky?

visit a teaching hospital or federal medical center.... Pray it's not yet malignant.

How long have you being managing this? And you left it all long Baba hwfa you na? Is it that you don't normally go to work,church,party and the rest? Pls seek medical help very needful. Quick recovery man.

Has it always been this size? Or it just keeps growing over time? You need to go to the hospital.. if I keeps growing over time, then need to do a cancer test

Just pray is not yet cancerous..

It will keep growing and spreading if you do nothing about it..

And the only option now since you said you have been treating it yet no improvement is surgery and you have to do that fast

And in the main time keep it clean to avoid been infected..
Covering it with cap or wig is not an option at all..
And stop using all this herbal creams on it.
