My daughter is 4yrs old and my son is 2yrs. I registered them in school this year 2021 I put my daughter in Nursery 1 while my son in KG1. But to my greatest surprise today I was told that she (my daughter) has been transferred to Primary 1 due to how brilliant she is. Thou the school does not have a Nursery 2 class separately, both Nursery 1&2 are staying in the same class which my daughter was in, but the Primary 1 has their separate class which they transferred her to. So now my worry is: should I leave her to continue with the promotion from primary 1, or will the jumping affect her in the future? Should I ask the school to let her continue from nursery 1? Thou she can read and write 1-300

Take her to where she belongs; no need to rush.

There must be something unique about your daughter that earned her the promotion.

Allow her to continue. She will cope.

That kinda promotion often affect children, tho parents usually see it as a way of saving money. But from personal experience, I wud tell u it's not worth it. It's better not to rush her.

Too brilliant isn't a thing, instead that is an advantage to her class, you don't rush this things you know.

for the school management to take that decision, definitely they have seen what you couldn't see. please allow her to remains in the class she was promoted to

Just Leave Her Where Dey Want Her To Be. D School Management Is Good. If It Were Other School, Dey Would Just Allow Her Be In Her Former Class Even When Dey Know She Gone Beyound There So As To Get Money 4rm U As Their Customer.

For the school management to put her in primary one, means she deserves to be there. They could have turned a blind eye and collect your school fees for nursery two and three, cos it's going to benefit them, but they didn't so leave her where she merited, it's even for your own good cos it will save you cost.
