First class graduate will leave the job when they get better offers.

For continuity sake, it's better you employ those that you're sure to a large extent will stay on the job.

If not, before they spend 2 years on that job half of them would have moved on to better job offers or pursue a scholarship abroad.

They should teach the kids how to read/study on their own and back it up with video edu.

We need less and less teachers in a modern world.

Stop over investing in the edu sector.
