Please how do I send a message to the admin? I have a nigeria guy threatening a girl with her nudes he is trying to black mail her I have all the convos and threats even the uba acct num he sent to receive money from and all phone nums for WhatsApp and calls

You can get the Police/activists involved in the case. They know what to do to save the girl. Don't come & expose the lady to more ridicules on social medias.

Nothing but the truth
Akwa ibom is just a glorified civil service state forget all this their online marketing
...apart from champion breweries its devoid of tangible industries
...the state main industry is politics
...so were will parents get money to pay high tuition to their wards so as to translate to better salary scale for private teachers
...these parents are mainly traders, keke or/and bus drivers
... the only way the state economy will "wake-up"is if the ibaka sea-port commences operation
Otherwise just consider all this citizen good life as audio
I strongly believe the state propaganda machine is in nairaland

50k na hot cake for UYO

most earn 20k-35k teachers in private school

I repeat no private school pay above that except for vice-principal and principal

Other categories if private workers make do with
15k-30k monthly

The state private sector is extra poor in remuneration

You are correct regarding the grades of salaries but at the bold, do note that Akwa Ibom has a low cost of living compared to say Rivers. Anyone who expects salaries in Akwa Ibom's private sector to be same with Rivers or even Delta should expect a rise in the cost of things. But first, the economy has to grow and jobs created, something which is not happening considering the state's position as the second in the list of states with high unemployment rates.

In summary, Nigeria is a poor country, and as stat says, has the highest number of poor people globally.

I know some years ago when Jim Ovia visited the state and mentioned his firm - Quantum Energy - plans to build a methanol plant somewhere in Ibeno. How is that going?

Please where did you get the information regarding the bold?

I visited there often.
Jim Ovia still as is site fence over tho they had small issues with mobil cos that land belongs to mobil.
The only petrochemical that is visible in Ibeno is the BUA Refinery

You meant feasible?* 'Cos it was announced sometime last year.

Thanks for the other info. I wonder what Jim and Udom were thinking when that land was chosen. undecided

It wasn't Udom but Akpabio.. Akpabio did some mistakes like the Okposo 1&2 island he said was under ibaka instead of ibeno for the deep seaport.
Ovie only did site clearing. BUA had already conducted community compensation etc
