So because southerners eat cow meat and use products from cows they should allow fulaniherdsmen to destroy their farmlands and rape their women without complaining? If we want to continue playing the blame game instead of proffering solutions, then there is enough blame to go round

Fulanis do not produce the milk we take. We import them. We can still import beef if worst comes to worst. Cow meat is not that safe even if it's the cheapest.

This Nyako is a reason we say there is not an innocent fulani. The terrorism gene is in their dna. Fulanis are the only group of people in Nigeria who seem to be in violent conflict with host communities in every single geopolitical zone. Every. Single. One. If from the North West to the North East to the Middle Belt to the South West to the South South to the South East, you find yourself in violent conflict with other tribes over your failure to grasp modern conceptions of laws, and local customs, and ownership, then maybe (JUST MAYBE) everyone is not conspiring against you and there just may be something deeply wrong with your lot and the way you understand the world.
And no one is stopping you from ranching your cattle. Absolutely no one. Millions of Nigerians run all kinds of businesses and do not expect the government to help them with anything. You are not entitled to "solutions" from the government. The dozens of cows that come to my compound in Delta State were owned by the late General Patrick Aziza, so I laugh when I hear people shouting Fulani, when next you take a look @ your 50 Naira note, look closely you will see herd of cattle’s as a form of recognized business in Nigeria.
