I'm still having problems getting past the “Beneficiary Employees”.

I am stuck at the “last salary” part. I don't know of it's got to do with my browser (Safari) or not. But each time I fill the salary in this format “ #61,750 “, it still says, “ last salary is required”.

Is there anyone with this same issue please, and how did you get around the last salary figure input?

Okay, check Infront of your staff list on your profile page, where it was previously showing "Verifying", you'll know which of them is not verified, also confirm that it's not the company's account/CEO account that has the issue

Basically, just check where you'll supposed to see "Verified" against each account and you'll detect the "culprit (s)"

The main problem here is that it has prevented us from submitting the list of employees, because it is after the submission that the verification of each staff can commence.

After uploading the payroll and clicking on submit, it will say account number/bvn already exist
