Preach it. Fast and fierce teachings at Tobidam. Had my DELF A1 exam within one month of starting. Checked my A1 competence with another school to be sure I was at par on all levels and it checked out. Gruelling but great practices happening at Tobidam

Anyways, I've been on the look out for your TEF story. Care to share.

I was also in your shoes last year as age was not on my side, but French saved me because they added 50pts extra. So, if you max out IELTS or just 8777, you can have at least 62pts with French. That was how I was able to get my ITA last year.If you care to know, I learnt my French from Tobidam, their site is www.tobidam.com, they are very efficient and they even have free lessons on their site that you can start with.

Hi good evening. Thank you for your response.

Can you please shed light on what you mean by a formal position.

Thank you.

Goodnigga:
well, for NYSC you can try that, but not so sure as a graduate trainee, except it will carry a formal position.

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by kennykentipsy: 9:01pm On Feb 01, 2021
Pls I need clarification with the above screenshot.

It says ''Your skilled work experience must be in the same type of job (have the same NOC) as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation) ''

If I have an experience As an Administrative assistant NOC B 1241 from August 2014 to September 2016 (2 yrs)

Went for masters October 2016- September 2018.

Started working in a new company in a different filed as Financial sales representative NOC B 6235 from Jan 2019 - March 2020

And April 2020 till date was moved to customer service NOC C which I know won't count

My question is

1. can he/she still claim 3 years experience with 2 different job title but same NOC
2. Would the gap I had in between during my masters affect anything?

Thank you

Please can someone help with this question. Just want to know if I can apply for my kids who would be accompanying me to Canada on a work permit visa using their US passport. Or I should use their Nigerian passport. Thank you

Hi, just remember that even though they do not require visas as someone has already pointed out and you already know, they will need some sort of work or student visa if they are coming with you so that they can go to school if they are school age. Someone I know applied to a school here, got an email confirmation from the school and used that to get a student Visa for his 15 years old son.

Seems you did not read thoroughly my comment or you did not fully understand it. There is a provision to enter ECA Ref#. If the applicant entered this number in the form he filled, this won't be a problem. IRCC never categorically stated that the document should be uploaded. They can easily verify the ECA Ref# the applicant filled in, from WES directly with or without the applicant uploading it which is why they never ask for it to be uploaded in the Post-ITA uploads. Same goes for IELTS.

ednut1:
explain this then

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has reviewed your application for
permanent residence. We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements
of a complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations. Your application is rejected for being incomplete.

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements for (Spouse)
- Education Credentials:
A completed Education Credential Assessment (ECA) issued for immigration purposes
was not included with your electronic application. This document is required based on the
education details you provided in your Express Entry profile. Please consult our website
in order to determine the required document. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-

false, i know people whose applications were rejected for omitting a copy of those things. The message above was sent to a friend. Spent 2 months in the pool before getting ita again. Proof was asked for on the website. Number or trf are not proofs but the actual report.

Sorry to bother you, when he did he raise a webform? Before or after the wedding ? How many weeks did it take for ircc to respond to the webform?
Please when did you get all the necessary things ready, medicals, pcc, updated pof and all other stuff? All after the webform was responded to? I just wanted to know how to plan my self appropriately, I intend adding my spouse.

Hello everyone!

Please is 350k considered a lump sum for someone who earns 80k monthly? I have about 4.6m in the POF account and the lump sum accounts for only about 7.6%

The money was deposited in September 2020 and SOA was printed last week of January 2021. The source of the money is from monthly esusu contribution between my co workers and i. I need advice on how to proceed. Thank you @ednut1 @Missma01

It's either these your people didn't tell you the full story or they're just making assumptions. The main thing IRCC need are your IELTS TRF and ECA ref# and since these are from reputable international organizations, they can easily verify authencity of your fillings from these organizations with or without one uploading the documents but there are nor required to be uploaded. IRCC has never categorically stated these documents should be uploaded in post-ITA.

To settle this, you can submit your FSW application without ECA report and IELTS TRF, after all you already input the TRF and ECA number. Inform the thread when you pass completeness stage

Fair enough....perhaps it is arguable and maybe most of us add the ECA report and IELTS report out of an abundance of caution like you said.......... instead of waiting for a VO to ask for them later and/or to avoid going through the hassle of justifying ourselves if a VO rejects an application for not being complete because they are missing.......we already have these reports and it costs us nothing to scan them and include in our eAPR. #Personal Opinion

On a separate but related point, I would be very surprised if an applicant gets away with NOT including the actual degrees they evaluated as requested in the checklist (link and extract below) and in the eAPR portal. This one is not personal opinion........... #IRCCSaidSo
