The ones that were called "sweepers" during the civil war. Typically had long hair that covered their eyes. Basically they operated behind the normal Nigerian army. Even a democratically elected governor from the north paid a courtesy visit to the bandits and gave them huge some of money to encourage them carry out more heinous attacks on the tax paying law abiding citizens of Nigeria.
