But still sharing the information to them if available is for our own benefit as well, keeping criminals in the society roaming about freely is a grave danger in itself.

the pictures are not clear now and besides with such an unclear picture they ares supposed to give better information like location of the crime and any other details that could help someone recollect if he/she saw anyone that looks like them...
