I am writing a book, a fictional book about ladies and it seriously needs details on feminism and how it works....

I do not know so much about it or should I say I need information from the female point of view concerning this so as to avoid sentiments in my writing.

Don't refer me to Google, an encounter with human feminist is more convenient than computer feminist...

I asked a simple question, I am a writer, I gather knowledge in order to build content for my books, my research is quite vast and currently I need info on feminism, what is wrong With writing a book about something I don't know about?

We all learn everyday, learning is what makes us know... I see no reason why you ladies are taking this personal

The concept of writing a book means you’re very knowledgeable about the topic. Can’t write a book on a topic you don’t fully understand, that’s all I’m saying.
You can maybe do a homework assignment/essay on the topic to show how much you’ve learned by reading and asking but there’s a difference between that and publishing a book.

A book is not really a learning process for the topic in question, it’s a teaching method. Now how can you teach something you don’t know?

I think if you have a college near you (or online) that offers gender studies, you can take advantage of that. Add some semesters of history, religion and some sociology (these have affected feminism). Study some more before you can publish a book on the topic. Books are impactful and you don’t want to add to the number of people who are doing feminism a disservice by putting out incorrect information out there.

thanks... I understand what you mean but I don't really need to go to a college for that...

Actually I am not writing a book on feminism, I am writing a fiction book which has a character who is a feminist, in order not to be sentimental or create wrong feminist personalities I needed feminists POV.
