This is madness and it is fast spreading all over the country.In some parts of S/S,you will pay some amount of money to the community and youths .This is outside the amount paid for the land. |

CotenantNIG:When I bought a land at Ibeju lekki I was charged 50k to sign the document. I couldn't pay then because I was out of cash and when I returned to pay, they ask for 200k. I had to begged before they collected 120k....starting the fence is another wahala. |
