When I bought a land at Ibeju lekki I was charged 50k to sign the document. I couldn't pay then because I was out of cash and when I returned to pay, they ask for 200k. I had to begged before they collected 120k....starting the fence is another wahala.

I've seen Omonile steal the land of a retired army Sergeant before. I know this cos the man is my neighbor.

And before you say it was cos he was retired note that his first son is still in the army even now. This thing is very complicated and the army can only stop it briefly. You will be a target for years.
