I know someone who wasnt contacted but still used his orignal password (sent to him in october) and he wrote the test..

Anybody who didn't write because they didn't see a text or mail just shortchanged themselves

Bro I said I wasn’t gonna talk about this again coz like we both know it adds no value. But I now feel you got somethings out of context.

Get it, not everyone wrote the second test. I myself could have missed the second test coz I never got any text message or email to that effect until the last moments. But saying someone got a regret email definitely warranted asking for an evidence. Especially when someone here who didn’t even write the first test got an invite to write the second test. That should beat every curiosity. If you think it wasn’t logical to ask for evidence for such extremely strange thing that’s fine. But equating that by any chance to okay prove to me that everybody wrote the test or had an opportunity to write the second test (which has long being and still is my argument ) is a very big wow. Like wow! What on earth is the nexus.

Sounds like someone saying a cow gave birth to a goat.....someone wows and asks for a proof for such a wonder and then you turn against the person to say you prove to me that all goats were given birth to by only goats. Yo, that’s the norm, the burden is on proving otherwise. I didn’t make any claim, you made (by you I mean whoever made it). I don’t normally have a burden on me to prove against your claim. You prove your claim. Should I have a chance to prove against your claim, then it’s a fine, but there’s no burden on me. Thought that’s how it works in law courts. See me as a defendant if that helps.

Because even people who missed the first test wrote the second. Makes you wonder the criterion for screening the person out. Even those who didn’t get shortlisted for the first test have still not gotten anything like rejection mail. So if there was any as per claim, there’s definitely nothing wrong with just saying please show me.

Not to turn the table around and make this a rather lengthy talk. No be curse I curse the person, so why beef me for asking for the same thing the person claimed he had. I didn’t say you should go and buy rejection mail o, kindly show me the one you have.

Do you know you could even press for a case with testmi and NCDMB for further clarification as to why you were rejected and someone who didn’t write the first test wasn’t?? NCDMB is nobody’s company; it’s a national asset. But When you do that, would you take a WhatsApp message to them as proof that they sent you regret mail

I almost did myself. No form of communication whatsoever. Was already having palpitations coz even my login wasn’t working until someone here dropped the hint of using default password. But the issue of regret mail should be understandably super strange.

Whoever is in doubt whether the test was completely a rewrite or not should please check previous pages for clarification. In previous pages some persons chatted with Quomodo on twitter about it and answers was given with screenshot provided. Arguing about this is totally irrelevant at this time. Let all hands be on deck as we awaits positive response from necessary quarters. Thanks

When the text invites started rolling in for second stage, I didn’t get it at all, and I tried logging in but was denied access. I was sort of worried and I put a call through to the testmi support numbers. She asked if I was able to login and I said nah, she said “ then you were not shortlisted for the second test”. This statement itself means that some people definitely were not shortlisted for second stage.

Although I got a mail about two days later informing me about the second test and I wrote it on Saturday.

So yeah I sort of believe not everyone was allowed to write the second test.
This is Nigeria tho, things dey occur!

Your 3rd paragraph proves your 2nd paragraph wrong... They said you weren't shortlisted and yet you got a mail later and still wrote the test...

A good friend of mine also did not get any communication for the second test. He scored 22%. I told him there was a second test and he should log in with his default password. He did. It was succesful. He saw the notice that exam would commence on 30th jan. Sent me a screenshot, he was happy. 2 days to the test date, someone in the whatsapp group I belong posted a screenshot of a regret msg. On the morning of Jan 29 my good friend chat me up. He was frantic. He could no longer log in. Try the default password again I advised..wrong password..try the new one too I said. Wrong password. He sent an email to Testmi..no response. He was obviously not shortlisted for the next stage. So, that you were able to log in and write the test without any communication doesnt mean it was same for others. If someone said they got a regret message or could not log in why should you insist it was a lie. You can only speak to what you know not for everyone else.

Bro/Sis, first I don’t appreciate your choices of words. Using the word “lie” wasn’t called for especially at this point we are having an understanding. Never have I said anybody lied here, and my last lengthy reply to gabicon20 completely explains my position. I suggest you read with a neutral mind.

While I can’t relate to your own analysis and example, you have the right to state them regardless. Just the same way I have the right to state my opinion.
If someone said he got a regret mail from testmi regarding the second test, asking for a proof is not the same as saying it’s a lie. If you’re gonna quote me, play the tape first...... I asked for a proof that such an email ever emanated from testmi because there are reasons why that shouldn’t be.

On why it might not be a lie even if it is found to be false eventually. A lie is a falsehood told with an intent to deceive. I could say something that is not correct out of mistake, doesn’t make it a lie. So something can be false and not be a lie. Someone told him, so I can’t possibly say he’s lying coz he’s saying what someone told him. But we can both find out if it’s true or false. And I’m convinced to choose false and very much open to changing stance should there be proof. Needed to explain why I don’t accept you using “lie”.

Or wait, is there really a problem with me not believing it at the instant I heard it? Like I should have believed it immediately?? Like do you believe EVERY information shared here?
