We have always been too accommodating and failed to draw boundaries between Yorubas and outsiders in our zone and that is what led us to the current situation where other tribes trespass within our region and do things that they CAN never accept from non-indigene in their respective zones.

If we are using a region to benchmark accommodation, the only region that fit into that narrative is the SW. That a Northerner can start lecturing the West about accommodation seems like an aberration to me.

Core northerners are one of the most corrupt Nigerians, they don't have the moral high ground to criticise anyone of cybercrimes. The only reason you see that forte dominated by southerners is because you still need some know-how to commit fraud and the multitude of the northern populations are too stupid to engage in anything that requires an atom of intelligence.

Check petty crimes, misappropriation of government revenue, kidnapping, armed robbery etc. They dominate all these. That being said, Yahoo boys are one of the laziest groups of young Nigerians around, given us hard-working Nigeria bad names and closing opportunities for genuine hardworking Nigerians.

In the issue of herdsmen and Fulani criminality in southwestern Nigeria, it's embarrassing for anyone with a brain to criticize the measured taking to solve this problem. On a personal level, I will say, 2023 should be a time we stand our ground and demand for a restructures Nigeria.
