I think both the two sentences are correct grammatically. But the first one sounds more better

Polynek:
(A) I am in the bed

(B) I am on the bed.

Which sentence is the correct answer here?

I'm in bed means I'm sleeping or about to sleep off.

I'm on the bed means I'm probably sitting or lying down on the bed but not asleep.

Double comparative is a no-no!
better (yes)
much better ( yes)
more better ( no )

I hope you don't mind the corrections above.

Both are correct depending on the context in which the sentences are used.

"In bed" means you're sleeping. Eg.. by 10pm, I was already in bed >> sleeping

On bed means you're simply lying or sitting on the bed eg "I was lying on the bed" but not sleeping. Eg. "I was on the bed watching TV when he came.

'Among' can be used when comparing 3 or more objects.
The right word should have been 'between'.
