I really don't know where this talk of Rochas being 'one of the richest politicians in Nigeria' came from! I think some people where just trying to find a Igbo name to add to the list of thieving politicians that made billions of dollars from being in gov't! Some of their own policticians are so greedy they're now dollar rated billionaires, so in their usual style they look for one or two Igbo names to add to the list to make it look like it's not just their own politicians that are greedy billionaire muthafuckers!
what is this one saying? If rochas build a house they will say he used tax payers money to build a house , if he buys a car they'll say the same thing , u guys are mad , so as a governor he should be poor ? Do u know how much he makes in a month , if business men could build estates, hotels malls etc, how do u expect a governor not to afford those things ?

so how did adeleke get the money to build a university ?

So u expect a governor to remain the way he was before he became a governor ? See ur reasoning na..
If u are opportuned to become a governor just for a month ur status will change cos there is money in nigerian politics

Okorocha was really wealthy before becoming Governor. If you even start from Owerri no politician in Imo State can claim to own equal landed property as Okorocha before he became Governor. I also learnt he has always been the largest property owner in Abuja because he bought thousands of plots in the early 90s which he never sold with most of them worth more than 1 billion today. He did not acquire any new land as a sitting Governor except the Rochas Foundation College Orji which we cannot really ascribe to him cause it is for charity.

It's not even about Rochas, it is about making sure the university is not run down, and if IMSU is anything to go by, Imo State government does not have the capacity to run Eastern Palm University efficiently!

They should either call for investors in an open bid to take over its management as a private university or return it to Rochas.

Our people are all rushing to standard private universities in the SW and we can't afford to allow Eastern Palm University to be mismanaged which will definitely happen if Imo State government runs it.

Rochas Okorocha is smarter than his critics: his government registered Eastern Palm university as IMSG university with the National Universities Commission, never as a PPP. You may wish to go to prison on his behalf for laying claim for what does not belong to him or his associates.

IMSG shall recover a lot of the money it put in building Eastern Palm university by selling the now highly valued land in Owerri where IMSU is temporarily located with only two TETFUND buildings as solid university structures.

Hoteliers in Owerri are expected to team up to buy the Owerri land, and build a City University of Owerri there.

Our young and impressionable students move down to main IMSU campuses in Eastern Palm university in Ideato, Umuna Okigwe and IMSUTH.
The ultramodern structures university built by Okorocha government in Ideato, and very well equipped, is in a very serene area good for studies, it has hostels that can accommodate tens of thousands of residents, rent is very cheap outside the campus.
There is no convention or constitution stating that State university must be in the state capital. Abia State university is in Uturu.

Anambra State university is in Igboariam and Uli.
Owerri already has FUTO, AIFCE government universities, and Polytechnics Nekede.

Imo state university deserves to be on the site of Eastern Palm university in Ideato.

Those associating Sen Rochas Okorocha or his associates to part or full ownership of Eastern Palm university are his enemies who want to wreck his presidential ambition.

Rochas promptly registered Eastern Palm university with the National Universities Commission as IMSG owned university, never as PPP ownership.

Douglas is filled with brown roofs cos it's the oldest part of the city.

Douglas is filled with brown roofs because the landlords failed to renovate or sell off their properties as being done in the other parts of the city.

I just want to contribute in sharing this video so that those of you with recalcitrant relatives in the north can convince them to move to other places or come home with their families NOW!
Even if they don't want to return, they should at least send home their wives and children.

We know Igbos in the north are the most stubborn characters in thinking once their neighborhood is calm right now, it must remain so forever. They also pay little attention to the fact that once things start and reprisals in the south follow, even to run away become blocked. Let them listen now and not come back to say nobody warned them or convinced them to steer clear of the danger looming in northern Nigeria.

Nobody should blame anyone if they fail to heed the message. na dem wey dey risk the lives of their children for pennies they are picking in the north, na dem f00lish pass. Some of their children could become the Dangotes of tomorrow if they they don't risk the lives of these children by keeping them in the north under the current situation.

Okoroawusa was not a B level affluent character before he became a governor. He was just a street hustler. There was a time Okorocha will avoid settling some babes. He was a complete noise-maker who knows how stroke the sentiment of his people. I knew some guys from Jos, Plateau State who worked in his printing press he did not settle till date. This is one the reasons he raided Imo State Printing outfit to improve his junk in Lagos.

Nobody needs the identity of Chino for anything. We are only worried because he's ill-mannered, deviant, and unruly.

People who know him should teach him to learn how to behave in the society. When parents refuse to train a child, the community will have to do that on their behalf.

HE PLANNED IT AND IT'S WORKING NOW ..
MY TRIP TO OGBOKO IN IDEATO SOUTH

Incase You Didn't Know ...

#He_Kwew_A_Day_Like_This_Will_Come: Former Governor Rochas Okorocha Has Nothing To Lose, He Played A Smart One ... He Wanted To Use His Power As Governor Then To Relocate Imo State University From Owerri To His Community In Ideato But Owerri People Shouted Down The Roof Against The Plan , He Kept Calm And Started With His Plan B By Building World Class Well Equiped University Structures In His Community That Can Not Be Removed Nor Be Converted To Any Other Thing By Any State Administration... That's Why He May Not Fight Much To Have The Possessions Of The Following Higher Institutions In His Community As His Private Estate .

Senator Rochas Okorocha As Governor Established 3 Higher Institutions In His Immediate Community Ogboko With Completed Structures On Ground In Different Locations Of The Quiet Community .
1. Eastern Palm University Ogboko(Completed)
2. Imo State School Of Health Sciences Ogboko(Completed)
3. Imo State University Of Creative Art Technology Ogboko( Nearing Completion)

Finally , I Urge The Government to Combine All Those Structures As The New K.O Mbadiwe University... No Mekwatancy ...

OKOROCHA PLAYED A SMART ONE , FORGET HIS GIRI GIRI ON THE OWNERSHIP OF EASTERN PALM UNIVERSITY..

He Is Smiling Now !

Son Of A Retired Headmaster , Revealing From Owerri, Imo State Nigeria..

Guys what's your take?
