Get a new RAM? since it displaying on projector then your RAM is OK no need to get another one.

it is not a driver issue either, cos even if you don't have have a display driver installed it won't stop your laptop from displaying.

your external display is OK but internal display is faulty.

fault can be from screen, signal cable of the LVDS section of the motherboard.

So check if your have any dim display when you power it on, point your torch light on the screen and see.

looks like there is a driver conflict, go back to device manager and uninstall all the drivers in pointing device, then restart your laptop.

You can use CMD command to permanently delete ELAN mouse.

If problem persist, reload the operating system.

Go to device manager, expand the display adapter driver, snap it and send the pic, let's see if it is driven or not or check if the sleep option is available if you want to shut down your laptop.

the keyboard looks clean as the laptop, all the buttons are intact, please how do you know if a keyboard is bad.
