Even if you're 18, it can't stop you from serving as long as you're a certified graduate who meets the requirements for service.

For someone who graduated Oct 2016 but refused to do NYSC since then but wants to do it now, what's the first step to take?

Note, all my course mates have served, so I don't know if my uni will need to re-upload my data or I should just wait and register on March 3rd. I mean since my mates have served will my data already be on NYSC portal?

The current Naija requires you get skills for survival.

Even driving is a skill. Don't be too classy/choosy.
