You'll be on probation (the letter carries temporary appointment) but that's for formality sake and it doesn't stop you from receiving your salary so far you've been captured by IPPIS but I doubt if you can be captured under 3months. So technically, they'll hold your salary until you're captured but all the backlog will be paid.

It's possible to be capturing within 3 months, started a job this January and was captured within the same January though they have not started paying us yet, we are hear either this month or next

I don't have idea about the salary but yes, your salary starts counting from the date (month) on your appointment letter.

Normally after 4 years you get converted and your pray increases to 250k, but most times the person does not get promoted and he or she keeps earning 101k.

You know banks don't work that way, whenever they want to recruit, it's widely advertised. The only available jobs you can get without connect is marketing job. If you have someone who can give you good deposit from 100m and above, walk into any bank zonal office, they'll consider yoi
