Zenith is the least paying bank in Nigeria for entry level. Also there's no 250k anywhere after being promoted/converted. Other banks are doing well except Zenith and UBA. The last time I check I don't think there's any bank that pay their ET anything less than 160k, quarterly allowance and upfront excluded depending on the bank.

Zenith pays 101k, if you are lucky to be posted to some department that runs shift, you can earn 110k month end.

Normally after 4 years you get converted and your pray increases to 250k, but most times the person does not get promoted and he or she keeps earning 101k.

I agree 100% with you on the 101k formerly 75k. But take note that your pay will not be upto 160k upon conversion/promotion to ET which is suppose to be the normal entry level. In Zenith you only earn 250k above as Senior Executive Assistant SEA (a grade level not recognise by CBN)

Forget Zenith, everything is getting worse. That 4years was formerly 2years. I even heard they have increase it again to 60months. It's not a place to be. UBA is even better

lolz Unity bank is among the highest paid at entry level. you are paid twice a month. total of about 172k plus. leave allowance of 501k

The highest was diamond bank before acquisition but now I think it is access bank followed by Union bank and GT

When it comes to local banks, Stanbic pays the highest which is 350k (after 1 year confirmation though) for graduate trainee because one would get ABO straight.

But if you've Master's degree and get offer as a management trainee, First bank is the best paying bank follow by Ecobank because one would get AM and BO respectively.


Standard Chartered and Citi bank are in another league on their own as a foreign bank.

Zenith is 101 before conversion. After conversion 131k , confirmation after conversion is 117k and upfront of 178k. Then you move to EA after like 4years and you earn 175k and approximately 800k for upfront. Then you move to SEA where you earn 232k per month and upfront of 1,080,000. Then abo,Bo,am,Sam,DM,m, sm, AGM,DGM,gm, ed,MD.
