I don't think you have one testis, yours looks like a case called Undescended Testicle (cryptorchidism). In cases like this the testis is stuck just around the stomach/groin region in the tube that should lead it down to your scrotum and requires surgery especially after birth. So one of your testis could still be there up to now. Just see a Urologist to rule out this condition.

That's the case. Had my kid operated on last year because of this when I noticed one ball hanging. He could have just gone to the hospital. Nairaland no be hospital
