I've tried different Nigeria banks, with different debit cards (mastercard or visa) still the same issue, I even used a dom account card to run the ads still no way.
This issue first happened around late December last year, and by early January everything was normal again, now the issue is back again closing to almost a month now.

Please if you run Google ads in Nigeria, and you're not facing this problem please come to my aids. Teach me how you are doing it.

I have consistently run Google Ads for more than 4 years now, and I've not experienced something like this. I think it has to do with the product you're selling. What's it? If I may ask.

Run an ads with an old google adsword account that has threshold after the threshold is almost exhausted then you can add a card to it because if you add a card immediately you will get suspended due to suspicious payment,why this happens is because people now use cards that are generated online to get threshold for their accounts(abuse) that’s why google now flag accounts easily

If you can buy foreign account or an existing Google ads account from someone that can't pay the debt. Those might help.

I am not in health and I know ,they still get to suspend accounts

But the best way to have it solve is having a way to.make them rapidly

You must have systems in place that gaurantees making accounts very quick
