I bought AMC shares about 2 weeks ago worth $15

Now it has appreciated and now worth $21.45

Do I sell or hold?

Is it possible to use some of these apps just for currency exchange purpose.. e.g adding dollar to my USD account on the app using a dollar card and then exchange it to naira on the app then withdraw the naira?

And pls which of the apps is faster in processing withdrawals?

When the likes of oakpearl , inanla , the swing boss and other where guiding newbies during the pandemic era where the f**k where you . Newbies pls nothing beats taking your time reading books to know and understand the market before you commit funds because the market would always be there .
Read books and articles about the stock market and some phsycological book then ask questions and I'm sure my bosses here would attend to you .

that might be doable... but when you see their (Chaka) dollar to naira conversion rate you might want to have a rethink.

Yes I saw it, the goal is to buy dollar at a lower rate from freelancers and exchange it to Naira at a higher rate on Chaka.

The concept of Taking profit

So
1. you bought 100 dollars worth of stock 5 days ago.

2. The stocks are worth 150 dollars today i.e a profit of 50 dollars.

3. Taking profit on that stock is when you sell 50 dollars worth of that stock.
I.e you're pulling out your profit relating to that transaction.

4. Implication is that your unit of shares would be reduced but would be worth 100dollars at that point;

while your 50 dollars profit can be plugged into another say promising stock or secured in a value stock or ETF.
