Nawww man forget Skrill and all that; they're no good in this case.
Yea, just walk into your bank, explain your need and they'll take it from there. However, bank transfers that way take a bit of time, mostly depending on the particular bank you use.
Alternatively, folks prefer to use someone who's already in Europe to effect the transfer, which would then reach the recipient in Poland on the same day. U just need to find someone, sort out the exchange rate, figure how to send Naira to whatever account they ask you to, and voila... That's it!

It's better you use a friend in Europe or in the US to help you pay.

You can also use Skrill if you've been verified on the App.
