If you scoop out your avocado (in a little bowl), then squeeze in some lime or lemon juice (half or whole) with a little salt, you'll enjoy it with bread.

The last one I did, I added fresh tomatoes...I surfard while eating it grin

Oh yea. I don’t use nonstick for my jollof rice, but I use white vinegar and baking soda for my sink and gas cooker. Works magic for stubborn stains.
